Security & Isolation
Each sandbox runs in a dedicated container with a fresh root filesystem, no shared kernel namespaces with other tenants, and automatic teardown at session end.
- Compute isolation: Each sandbox is an isolated Linux environment — no cross-tenant process visibility
- Encryption at rest: All persistent storage encrypted using AWS KMS (AES-256)
- Encryption in transit: TLS 1.2+ enforced on all API and management traffic
- Audit logs: Full API event log per org — who provisioned what, when, from which IP
- NZ jurisdiction: ab0t is a New Zealand company; data processing agreements reference NZ Privacy Act 2020 and EU adequacy
- No data retention: Sandbox filesystems are wiped at termination; no customer data retained beyond the session by default
Honest note on compliance: SOC 2 Type II is in progress. We do not yet hold ISO 27001. We can share our current security posture documentation and answer specific compliance questionnaires directly. Contact enterprise@ab0t.com.

Enterprise pricing is custom — based on committed spend, workload type, and contract term. Underlying compute rates are the same as our published prices; enterprise discounts apply on top.

What does the billing cycle look like for enterprise contracts?
Enterprise customers can choose between monthly or annual billing. We issue invoices in USD with Net-30 payment terms. Committed-spend contracts are invoiced up front or monthly depending on the arrangement. Overages above committed spend are billed at the agreed rate the following month.
Is a DPA available, and how long does it take to execute?
Yes. We have a standard DPA ready to countersign. If you need amendments, allow a few extra days for legal review on both sides. Send your request to enterprise@ab0t.com and we aim to turn around the first draft within 3 business days.
When will SSO / SAML 2.0 be available?
SSO is currently in development. Timeline depends partly on enterprise customer priorities — if SSO is a hard requirement for your procurement, reach out and we'll give you a realistic date and potentially prioritise your use case.
Is there a minimum commitment for enterprise?
We don't have a fixed floor, but enterprise contracts typically start at $2,000/month committed spend to make the negotiation and custom terms worthwhile. Smaller teams should consider Pro tier ($1,000/mo spend cap) to start. You can always upgrade.
Where is data stored, and what jurisdictions does ab0t operate under?
Compute runs on AWS us-west-2 (Oregon). ab0t is a New Zealand-registered company subject to NZ law. We can provide DPAs referencing both NZ Privacy Act 2020 and EU GDPR. NZ has EU adequacy status, which simplifies data transfer agreements for EU-based customers.
